Approach too many bosses are certain that remote work hurts worker productivity. Consistent with a Microsoft international survey of 20,000 people, “85% of leaders say that the shift to hybrid paintings has made it difficult to trust that staff are being productive.”
Too dangerous the knowledge does not enhance this prejudice.
It is productiveness paranoia. Center managers, not able to seem over the shoulders in their employees or hang around with their friends, fear their workers are getting away with being lazy.
