To the pride of this system’s well-known alum, Texas Tech is making plans a significant overhaul.
On Monday evening, the college unveiled plans for a $200 million undertaking to construct a brand new south finish zone and Dustin R. Womble Soccer Heart at Jones AT&T Stadium. The renovations are scheduled to start out after the 2022 season and be able to begin the 2024 marketing campaign.
Patrick Mahomes, a former Purple Raiders quarterback prior to becoming a member of the Kansas Town Chiefs, celebrated his alma mater’s announcement.

According to the college’s remark, athletic director Kirby Hocutt stated they are aiming “to be the highest athletics division within the nation.”
